Conference Championship Round

Brooklyn Hillbilly(who cares-I cant remember-nobody likes ties)

San Diego at NEW ENGLAND(-14)
So where do I begin? Maybe with my utter disappointment in Peyton Manning. Its been a tough year for the Colts, with all the injuries and such, and Peytons team just looked tired at the end of the game. But that doesn't excuse the fact that they LOST TO BILLY VOLEK. Just disgusting.

I cant even tell you how depressed I am at this game. I said last week that I was done watching football for the year, but of course the possibility of the Patriots losing was too much to stay away from. And boy was that fun watching the team of Anti-Christ's go to 17-0. Its similar to watching Hillary Clinton win primaries, painful and debilitating. In fact, the feeling is so similar that I will now refer to them as "The Hillary's".

Now, the Hillary's are looking flawless, there is no doubt about that. The close calls they had earlier in the year look, on reflection, to be more about sloppy execution (dropped balls vs Philly anyone?) than anything that is being done to them. Its hard to predict that the Hildawgs will self destruct in these next three-ish weeks, but a boy can hope.

Now, for the major Hillarys' story of the week: Randy Moss beating some chick up. Now, he claims, "I never hit a woman". Well, lets go ahead and immediately disqualify that FEMALE traffic cop you hit with your car Randy, we know that probably just slipped your mind. Now, good West Virginians will remember the reason you had to come crawling back to Marshall, YOU BEAT UP A CHICK AT FLORIDA STATE!. So, now that we have exonerated Mr. Moss and shown him to be completely truthful in his public statements, we can go on believing everything he says. But wait! Whats this? (from ESPN):"Moss faced misdemeanor charges after a 1996 fight with the mother of his daughter, but they were dropped after both agreed to counseling." Now, I'm no legal eagle like some of the other SC writers, but I'm pretty sure you don't get charged for having a strictly verbal confrontation with your baby momma. Randy, Ill always love ya as a fellow West Virginian, but you always have been a piece of trash and playing for a team like the Hillary's wont help that rep much. Now lets hope for the sake of that poor lady in Florida that Belichick- I mean Hillary- doesn't have her killed like Vince Foster.

Now, you can probably guess by now who I'm rooting for. But I am a realistic fellow at heart, and the Chargers really don't have much of a shot Sunday. Rivers is still sitting at last word, LT will play until he gets knocked out again and Gates, Merriman and Jamal Williams were sitting next to Rivers on the bench eating sunflower seeds yesterday. I suppose Billy "the Miracle" Volek could do something amazing and spark a team of 2nd-stringers to shock the world and beat what is probably the best team ever. But this is real life and shit like that doesn't happen that often, especially to a team like The Hillary's. Our last hope for the defeat of evil resides in Lambeau Field. Pats win 346-14.
